Atlantic Cod – mild taste, flaky texture

BROILED with Sesame –  cod fillets, butter, lemon juice, dried tarragon, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, sesame seeds. 

BAKED with lemon and garliccod fillets, garlic cloves, parsley leaves, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, butter, all-purpose flour, coriander, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper. 

ROASTED with chili & lime – cod fillets, paprika, dried parsley, oregano, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, extra virgin olive oil, butter, limes, rice/quinoa/cauliflower rice.
